I placed an order on Aug 31, 2024 it is now 9/17/2024 and my package is still in pre shipment phase, even though I received an email stating it has shipped. I've tried emailing the company about my order and I have not received a response. I love this rose water however I am feeling like I'm getting scammed, because I've paid and I still haven't received my order.

I have been ignored in my attempts for an update via email, Facebook' and Instagram so I've made a TikTok explaining my experience with this company. It will not be removed until I get a refund or my products. Horrendous customer service.
