The rose water is wonderful...and yet, listen to those other three reviews that echo this. I signed up for a subscription, they sent the first bottle, and then when the second bottle subscription came around, they charged my card and it never arrived. I tracked it and it said it was delivered to original sender, please see the photo of the tracking... I emailed them once, and they said they would remedy it, and never heard anything again, I emailed them two more times asking how I could manage my subscription, and what was happening with the order, and I got no reply...Feels very scammy, which sucks...They also used USPS flat rate bubble envelopes to package and pad the rosewater, which said "CHEAP" to me. Never seen anyone use free resources meant for something else to package their goods. I emailed them to say I would dispute the issue if I didn't hear back, and still nothing. The rose water is not that good...

I never got this order. I emailed, messaged them on Facebook, Instagram repeatedly. Tracking number shows pending shipment and has for well over two weeks. I made a TikTok about my experience with this company and will NOT remove it until I am refunded or my order is sent expidited and delivered to me.
